RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. RealWolfMerch does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to the made-to-order nature of our products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact RealWolfMerch@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the claim and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or other resolution.

Orders cannot be returned or refunded due to sizing, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item.
